Meet Stacy
Designer & Maker
Stacy founded Twisted Tenons in Des Moines, Iowa after fifteen years building organizations as a COO, a brand strategist, and the founder of Tiny Acre Farms, Iowa's first mobile flower truck.
The shop was always where she wanted to be. In 2025 she made it official, taking a sabbatical to study at the Center for Furniture Craftsmanship in Rockport, Maine, training under Libby Schrum, Yuri Kobayashi, and Philip Morley.
She came home and built the studio she'd been working toward her whole life. The work is joinery-forward, material-honest, and made to last.
